Behaviour Consulting

At Elyte Alliance, our Behaviour Specialists adopt a holistic approach to behaviour modification, recognizing that behaviours are influenced by various factors, including biological, social, and psychological elements. They conduct thorough assessments and keen observations of clients and their environments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the underlying issues.

Based on these assessments, our specialists develop personalized and effective strategies to modify unwanted behaviors while also focusing on teaching essential daily living and emotional regulation skills.

The goal is to empower our clients to lead more fulfilling and independent lives.

Our services extend beyond individual clients, as we also provide ongoing support and training to families, schools, and support providers. By working collaboratively, we foster a supportive environment that enables clients to reduce unwanted behaviours and enhance their relationships and overall quality of life.

The areas our Behaviour Specialists can address are diverse and include ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), aggression, communication difficulties, sensory issues, separation anxiety, and many more. We understand that each individual is unique, and our interventions are tailored to meet specific needs and circumstances.

Collaboration is a core value at Elyte Alliance, and our Behavior Specialists work closely with other allied health professionals to ensure the most appropriate and comprehensive interventions are implemented. This collaborative effort enhances the effectiveness of our services and promotes positive outcomes for our clients.

Our behaviour consulting services are offered in various settings, including our clinic, clients’ homes, schools, and community environments. This flexibility allows us to adapt our approach to each client’s preferences and needs.

As a registered NDIS provider, we adhere to the NDIS regulations and strive to develop strategies that eliminate the need for restrictive practices whenever possible. However, we acknowledge that safety concerns may occasionally require some restrictive practices, and in such cases, we ensure that all proposed practices comply with NDIS guidelines and undergo proper approval processes. Our commitment to ethical and responsible practices underscores our dedication to the well-being and safety of our clients.
